When I look back at all of my years as an entrepreneur (20ish years), not balancing work with play was a big problem I didn't recognize for the longest time. Fact is, you can't perform or move forward on empty tanks, but a lot of dedicated entrepreneurs (especially women) expect themselves to run on "fumes". Good post Carolyn!
